A classic fell race, up one ridge, down the other, starting from Rydal, 10 miles with 900m of climb. Won in about 75 minutes. Viewed from Loughrigg Fell.

Ambleside sports will be held on Thursday 25th July. This is the classic horseshoe route ran as part of the sports day (The Rydal Round). It’s a great day out with one of the classic Lakeland Guides races as the star attraction.
